Our Policies

In order to accommodate all of our clients and operate in a safe manner, we have a few policies that you may need to know about. Please do enquire if you would like any further information.

  1. All clients must review and complete an electronic waiver prior to having a treatment. This assures us that you are able to participate in your treatment and makes you aware of any liabilities.

  2. Keep noise to a minimum. We do have sound proofing throughout our centre as we are committed to each guest having the best opportunity to relax. Unfortunately loud noises can still be heard. Because of this, we ask that babies, toddlers and young children do not accompany you for your treatment.

  3. A treatment at Ascential Float is the perfect time to break away from a busy life. We ask that your phone is turned off during your time at Ascential Float.

  4. Please be early for your appointment. Due to scheduling and with respect to clients who may be coming in after you, we are unable to extend treatment for those who are late to arrive.

  5. All purchases are not refundable. We do allow you to redeem the value of a gift voucher for one of our other services.

Cancellation Policy

Your treatment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that life can change at the last minute but, out of respect for our therapists’ time, we are implementing a cancellation policy as of 1 March 2022.

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, we encourage you to get in touch with us as early as possible, with a minimum of 24 hours notice. If you reschedule or cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of your booked services will be charged to your account.
