The competition period begins at 9:00am AWST on Sunday 10 November 2019 and ends on Tuesday 24 December 2019 at 3:00pm AWST. The prize is comprised of 3 x 60-minute float treatments which can be used within a 12-month period from 3 January 2020 and expires on 5 January 2021 at 5:30pm. Value of the total package is $199. The prize is not redeemable for cash and prize components cannot be used as credit towards other services.

In order to enter the competition, you must make a purchase over the value of $1, be 18 years old or older and a resident of Western Australia. An entrant must be an individual and not a company or organisation. For each transaction, you will receive one entry into the draw. A voucher must be completed for each entry. Purchases must be made before Tuesday 24 December 2019, 3:00pm AWST from Ascential Float.

Employees of the promoters of the competition or prize are ineligible to enter.

The draw will take place at Ascential Float, 156 Chapman Road Geraldton WA 6530 on Tuesday 24 December 2019 at 4:00pm AWST. The winner will be chosen at random.

The winner will be notified by telephone on the same day, shortly after the draw takes place. Entrants are not required to be present at the draw. The winner will have the treatment credits placed upon their account at Ascential Float and must be used by the winner. The prize is not transferrable.

The results will be published on the Ascential Float Facebook site (www.facebook.com/ascentialfloat) on the same day as the draw. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right not to award the prize if the entrant fails to meet these terms.

In the event that the winner cannot be contacted and has not claimed the prize before noon AWST on Wednesday 8 January 2020, then an unclaimed prize draw will take place at Ascential Float (156 Chapman Road, Geraldton WA 6530) at 1:00pm AWST. The winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by telephone and posted on the Ascential Float Facebook page.

Ascential Float reserves the right to use the winners name, image, text or voice for promotional purposes for an unlimited time period without remuneration.
