Cancellation & Refund Policy
Your treatment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that life can change at the last minute but, out of respect for our therapists’ time, we action our cancellation policy.
If you need to change or cancel an appointment, we encourage you to get in touch with us as early as possible with a minimum of 24 hours notice. If you reschedule or cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of your booked service will be charged to your account.
In-store Products
Our products sold in-store are not refundable.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are not able to be redeemed or exchanged for cash or retail products. It must be presented upon arrival for service. Gift certificates have no expiry date. E-Gift certificates will be sent immediately upon successful payment. Ascential Float is not responsible for errors in email addresses provided during purchase. Treat gift certificates as cash. Lost, stolen, or damaged and illegible gift certificates will not be replaced or refunded. Any incurred cancellation fees will be charged to the value of the gift certificate. Ascential Float reserves the right to refuse redemption or cancel a Gift Card if fraud is suspected.
